Challenge
The municipal police of the city of Geneva called on us to develop a website based on an original design by the TWKS creative agency. The main objectives of the site are to present the work of the municipal police and to enable applicants to submit their applications in a simple and intuitive way.
Particular attention has been paid to the security of applicants' sensitive data.
A solid and secure website
With applicants having to upload sensitive documents, it was essential to ensure the security of their data. That's why we chose Drupal as our CMS, a solid solution with a reputation for security.
To minimize risks, no information is stored in the database, and documents are deleted from the servers once they have been forwarded to the municipal police recruitment officers.
Application form
As the form essentially consists of documents to be uploaded, the question arose of how to simplify the work of recruiters.
We opted to merge the various information and documents uploaded by applicants into a single PDF file, thus minimizing the number of files sent to recruiters.
